In order to avoid misunderstandings with the customers, we would like to remind that:

1) This breeding contract has a maximum validity of two years (from the date of signature)

2) In case the customer wishes to replace the indicated broodmare with a different one, Serequine will communicate the replacement fee in accordance with the stallion owner's instructions.

3) This breeding contract cannot, for any reason, be transferred to a third party without a written authorization of the stallion's owner.
