Matteo, graduated at the University of Padova with a thesis on the freezing of stallion seminal material, collaborated for four years with the Medical Equine Center of Padova gaining experience in the equine reproductive process, internal medicine and neonatology, orthopedics and diagnose by imagery being in contact with Dr. Barnini's equipe. He mostly focuses on anesthesia and was able to work with international-fame surgeons such as Dr. T. J. Bohanon, Dr. J. Bodamer, Dr. M. Shramme, Prof. Busetto and Dr. F. Longo. From 2005 to 2007 he collaborated with the Baroni Veterinary Clinic using his anesthesia knowledge also on animal pets and contributing for some pubblications.

He graduated in Veterinary Medicine at the Veterinary Medicine Faculty of Perugia in 1996. From 1996 to 1999 he worked on a PhD in Obstetrics and Veterinary Gynecology at the University of Studies of Perugia with the objective of studying the artificial insemination in the equine species and the research of new methods of testing the fertility of stallions to be able to recover frozen semen with low fertilizing capacity. He gained the PhD title in January 2000. In collaboration with Prof. Stefano Degl'Innocenti he worked on the italian edition of the book "Handbook of Veterinary Obstetrics" of Peter G.G. Jackson. From 1997 to 1999 he was the sanitary director of the equine artificial insemination center at the Spineta Trotto farm in Saertano (SI). From 1999 to 2001 he was the sanitary director of the equine artificial insemination center at the Il Castelluccio farm in Bettolle (SI). From 2001 to 2006 he was a resident veterinarian and sanitary director of the Toniatti farm in Bibione(VE). In 2007 he ideated and created a moveable laboratory for equine gynecology named Equilab 2000. The moveable lab, first in it's kind in Italy, is equipped with the best technologies for reproduction and is authorized as a moveable lab for embryo transfer (AQ 0001S) (www.equilab2000.com). From 2007 to 2009 he was responsible for the equine artificial insemination center at the Starlight Breeding Center in Colloredo di Monte Albano (UD). From 2009 to 2010 he was the director of the Gynecology and Reproduction section of the Equine Medical Center (CME), medical clinic in Limena (Padova). From 1999 to 2004 he was part of the working group BEVA (British Equine Veterinary Education) for the annual refresher course for veterinarians in gynecology and equine reproduction and as instructor of the annual course for technicians of the equine artificial fertilization in England. He is author and co/author of around 40 scientific pubblications and he has participated as supervisor to various congresses, both national and international. He participated to about 60 congresses, seminars, conferences and refresher courses both in Italy and abroad.

Graduated Surveyor at Padova, owner of the GF Breeding Horses, ex building contractor, Federico decided to abandon his ex working ambient to be able to completly dedicate himeslf to his passion: horses. He is one of the founders of Serequine and, together with Dr. Matteo Gobbo, coordinates the mounting station and the frozen semen traffic. He also personally looks after the stallions that use his center's services, while with Luca Vescovi and Marco Brunetti he chooses the stallions to work with and the selling strategies. He is currently collaborating on the project for creating a new reining-specialized equine center in the province of Padova.
